In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn the most efficient pathway of the body to unlock and be in these shapes, find a deeper understanding of the psychological blocks that can often hold us back from playing, and move somatically through these obstacles. We will learn how to fall safely and find compassion, play and curiosity in your inversion and arm balance practice.
